Owncloud is one of the most popular personalized online file storage services which gives you full control of your data.I am running a similar service using Raspberry Pi3 and an external device mounted to it.To setup something similar please go through this excellent post by Ste Wright. He recommends using a RAID volume however I had setup a simple NAS on my hard drive. The owncloud installation works on nginx on php7. The biggest problem I found once owncloud (v10.0.3) was running fine is with the upload file size. While owncloud has its own documentation but the same didn’t quite helped me. Here is a quick step to achieve the same. Continue reading “Increase upload filesize in OwnCloud”
Welcome to the Modern World!!!Are you real? Here’s the reality truly explained in Mr Robot.
A world built on fantasy! Synthetic emotions in the form of pills, psychological warfare in the form of advertising,mind-altering chemicals in the form of food, brainwashing seminars in the form of media, controlled isolated bubbles in the form of social networks.
We haven’t lived in anything remotely close to it since the turn of the century. We turned it off, took out the batteries, snacked on a bag of GMOs (Genetically modified organisms) while we tossed the remnants in the ever-expanding dumpster of the human condition. We live in branded houses trademarked by corporations built on bipolar numbers jumping up and down on digital displays, hypnotizing us into the biggest slumber mankind has ever seen.
We live in a kingdom of bullshit, a kingdom you’ve lived in for far too long.

Much like the previous version of iOS ,the latest beta release do comes with Assistive touch. However the one in the beta 2 is a bit buggy. This do contains the missing Mute/Unmute toggle which control center lags. This comes in handy if something has went wrong with the home button.I wonder why Apple had not placed the Mute toggle on control center. Here is what you can do with Assistive touch in the latest beta build of iOS.
Go to Settings-> General-> Accessibility -> Accessibility Shortcut.Set it to AssistiveTouch (Triple-Click the home button For)
Make sure you have turned on AssistiveTouch
That’s it.Triple click the home button and you will find plenty of settings to work upon.

Whenever a windows operating system is activated windows automatically creates a file containing various hardware information and saves the registration information. These settings are meant for individual computers and thus cannot be used to activate another computer. However a backup can be made to activate the same system without running the activation process again.7Tokens Manager is one such excellent tool that offers complete backup and restoration of the Windows activation process.
Recently I encountered a strange error while logging to a Windows 7 starter netbook.Every time I tried to login an error message pops up "The User Profile Service failed the logon. User profile cannot be loaded".
This error may occur if the "Do not logon users with temporary profiles" Group Policy setting is configured. This issue may occur if the user profile was manually deleted by using the command prompt or by using Windows Explorer. So in my case this might have been caused as I cleaned up the system after a recent virus attack. The user profile switches to a temporary profile.
One of the important feature that was introduced in Windows 7 was the ablity to burn ISO images files without the need of third party utilities. The Windows Team seems to make positive progress in this direction. In Windows 8 Milestone 1 build 7850 which was leaked on the web they have introduced the mounting feature too. This feature is exclusive to ISO files only & will be present in the subsequent release (Also available in build 7955).
